The experience page points unban requests and other information to the Byteonix information board on the Roblox Developer Forum. Use that board and the Discord it names. Do not trust a message that asks for your password.
First offense in a Byteonix game
The board says a first offense should use the self-service unban hub in the studio Discord: discord.gg/Q422YBDxeW. Bug reports, suggestions, and player reports also go to that server's channels or a ticket.
The blacklisted-group message
If joining fails with a message that begins "There have been prior concerns regarding the conduct", the board says the account was flagged for being in a blacklisted group. The fix it gives is to leave that community. The readable board says the groups are listed below, but the list itself was not in the text retrieved here. Open the board for the current list rather than leaving random groups.
Bans Byteonix says it cannot lift
If the message says the account was banned for child safety reasons, or was flagged on EASI and banned, the board says Byteonix did not apply that ban and cannot remove the EASI flag. Do not open a studio ticket expecting them to reverse it.
June 10, 2026 safety posts
The board says groups engaging in illegal activity were targeting Ragdoll Engine players, and that Byteonix reports those users to Roblox. The same date's recommendations are: do not send pictures of yourself, make social profiles private and remove face photos, do not share where you live, your email, or off-site usernames, and block and report threats without replying. A separate note says sharing Telegram usernames on Roblox violates Roblox Community Standards, and that a Telegram username can expose contacts and other account data.
Group wall
The Byteonix community description says links on the group wall are fake. Roblox staff and Byteonix will not ask for your login.
Moderator applications closed on September 14, 2026. That is a hiring notice, not a gameplay change.
